Peach Cobbler

For Grill Night, I made a Peach Cobbler which turn out to be Peach pudding. When I made it, we had an expired yellow cake box mix so I would recommend not using expired and draining out the peach juice according to recipe, then it might turn out the way Cobbler is is suppose to be. I also used frozen/fresh peaches instead of can. It could work either way.

Our First Cooking Club Meeting is tomorrow night at 8:00 p.m. The theme is Grill Night. Bring something to share or nothing at all, just come have fun, come early or late.  See you there:)
